 | On Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, Calgary City Council approved the design and construction of the Sarcee Trail / 17th Ave. S.W. Interchange as part of the West LRT Project through Report LPT2008-57. This new addition to the West LRT was recommended to the Standing Policy Committee on Land Use, Planning & Transportation by City Administration on Sept. 17, 2008. The Sarcee Trail/17th Ave. S.W. Interchange is part of the 2009-2018 Transportation Infrastructure Investment Plan (TIIP). This plan defines the priority and timing of infrastructure projects and programs for the City's Transportation Department. |
